Returns

If you are unhappy with your formal wear order for any reason, you may send it back to us choosing one of the return options below. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached. Once an order is processed, it can not be cancelled.


OPTION ONE: A store credit for the full price of the dress, good for one year from issue date. We will e-mail you a code for the value of your return - please use this code at checkout on your next purchase with us.


OPTION TWO: A refund to your card or paypal account for the price of the dress less a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping and tax costs are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for one of these options, you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return. You will then be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number. Item must then be shipped back to us within 48 hours of receiving your RA #, or your package will be refused and your dress will be returned to you as a final sale item. Once you choose a return type (store credit or refund less restocking fee), it can not be changed under any circumstances. If you choose a return in the form of store credit, the credit will be issued within 24 business hours of us receiving your package via e-mail in the form of a store credit code. This code can be redeemed on the website on your next order. It expires one year from issue date, no exceptions. All undergarments, shoes, accessories, sale, and discounted items are processed as final sale.

This policy applies to U.S. and Canada only. International shipments (anything shipped outside of the 50 states): There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations for any reason other than manufacturers defect.

Shipping

United States:

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100. We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs! All orders are processed within 24 business hours on weekdays, we ship via UPS and FedEx only, and we do not ship on weekends. Ground shipping takes up to 7-10 business days. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout and the price is based on your shipping destination. We offer 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air.

International:

All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes, none of which are included in our shipping charges. Customer is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery. Shipping can take 7-14 days. This includes U.S. Territories.

All ship dates are approximate and based off of estimates from our manufacturers. They are subject to change with notification. Got questions or need clarification? Just call us!

The Authorize.net payment gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through all processing networks. We are registered with the Authorize.net Verified Merchant Seal program.

Are these dresses authentic?

Absolutely! We are an authorized retailer for each and every designer we carry. All items are original pieces, directly from the manufacturers, with all original tags and packaging included. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not offer layaway or buy used gowns. Sales tax is charged for residents of Georgia.

Sizing

Formal dresses fit differently than the clothes you normally buy - so make sure you take your measurements accurately and order your dress accordingly. Each designer makes their dresses differently, so we have provided a link on every dress page that says "View size chart." Please ensure you have looked at this info and measure yourself before placing an order.

Do you have a store near me?

No, we are an exclusive online authorized retailer only.
