Shipping and Handling:
Please notify us under "comments" which shipping method you prefer-- Ground, 2 Day / Direct Shipping, Next Day via UPS (Direct: refers to the option of shipping directly from the manufacturer when available) Refer to the chart below:
FREE UPS Ground Shipping for orders $100.00 or greater. Continental US only.
Once you place an order we will check the availability of your dress through the manufacturer and our store stock to ensure we can get the dress / clothing by your stated Wear Date. If the item you ordered is not in our store stock, we will contact the manufacturer directly in attempt to special order your items. If your dress / clothing is in stock at the manufacturer and we can be assured delivery to you by your wear date, we will then proceed with the order, charge your credit card and notify you of the expected ship date. Once the items ship to you we will send you an email with the tracking number of your package.
Ground shipping for purchases over $100 is free. If there is direct shipping from the manufacturer available, we will contact you to see if you would like this option for an additional fee. If you would like us to upgrade the shipping in order to get your product faster, please refer to the chart below. Please note that by upgrading shipping you are upgrading the shipping time from Genealogy to you. There may be more time involved if the item is being shipped from the manufacturer to Genealogy and then Genealogy to you. Direct shipping allows the products to be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and does eliminate the products having to come to Genealogy before being shipped to you. Pricing is the same as 2 day air, but is not always available. If you would like this option please make sure to say and if it is possible, once your order is placed we will let you know in the confirmation email.
If the dress is not available from the manufacturer or in our store, your credit card will not be charged. We will then contact you via email or phone to inform that it is not available and ask if you have another dress that you wish to check the availability. All of our merchandise is carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. All orders of in stock merchandise placed after 9:00 AM eastern standard time on a business day or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
International Orders:
All international orders will incur additional shipping fees. We try our best to charge the lowest rate however depending on how quickly you need your products will affect the pricing. A sales associate from Dress Therapy will be contacting you by email once your items are ready to ship and then charge your card at that time of shipping. All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges.
