Shipping and Handling:
USPS, UPS/FedEx Ground, US 2 Day Air, Manufacturer Drop Shipping (Drop shipping: refers to the option of shipping directly from the manufacturer when available), US Next Day Air. Refer to the chart below for applicable shipping costs:
FREE USPS Ground Shipping for orders $200.00 or greater. Continental US only.
Step 1: ON HOLD: Can we get your dress?
Please make sure that the card you use matches the address you give as your billing address. Once you place an order we will check the availability of your dress through the manufacturer and our store stock to ensure we can get the dress / clothing by your stated Wear Date. If the item you ordered is not in our store stock, we will contact the manufacturer directly in attempt to special order your items. If your dress / clothing is in stock at the manufacturer and we can be assured delivery to you by your wear date, we will then proceed with the order, charge your credit card and notify you of the expected ship date. Once the items ship to you we will send you an email with the tracking number of your package. All orders placed after 11:00am Monday - Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Step 2: PENDING PAYMENT
If the dress is not available from the manufacturer or in our store, your credit card will not be charged. We will then contact you via email or phone to inform that it is not available and ask if you have another dress that you wish to check the availability.
Step 3: IN PROCESS
United States Postal Service Ground shipping for purchases over $200 is free. If your dress is not in stock and there is drop shipping available from the manufacturer, please choose this option to increase the speed of delivery. If you would like us to upgrade the shipping in order to get your product faster, please refer to the chart below. Please note that by upgrading shipping you are upgrading the shipping time from Dress Therapy to you. There may be more time involved if the item is being shipped from the manufacturer to Dress Therapy and then Dress Therapy to you. Drop shipping allows the products to be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and does eliminate the products having to come to Dress Therapy before being shipped to you.
Step 4: READY FOR SHIPPING (Inspection & Packing)
All of our merchandise is carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. Once the shipment arrives to us from the manufacturer, dresses are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. If the dress is instock, it will ship out with in 48 hours from time of processing.

USPS - (7-10 Business Days) United States Postal Service Priority Mail, this should be your shipping method if you need your items shipped to a PO Box.
UPS/FedEx Ground - (5 - 7 Business Days) Standard ground shipping.
Drop Shipping - (3 - 7 Business Days) BEST OPTION when dress in not in stock. Direct shipping allows the products to be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and eliminates the products having to be shipped to Dress Therapy before being shipped to you.

US 2 Day Air - (2-3 Business Days) Dress Therapy reserves the right to choose to 2 Day air the dress from the manufacturer to Dress Therapy (if they do not drop ship) or from Dress Therapy to you. We will use the 2 Day shipping in either way that will allow the dress to be processed and shipped out in the fastest way to you.
US Next Day Air - (1-2 Business Days) UPS or FedEx, you must allow atleast one day for processing of your order. Being that many of our dresses are special ordered, we can not always guarantee that your dress will arrive exactly the next day. Please contact customer service if you have questions regarding Next Day shipping options.
Non-Domestic Shipping- (5-10 business days ) refers to orders placed from Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Alaska and US Virgin Islands. All international order are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges rarely apply howver they are not included in our shipping charges.
